Refund policy

At User Research Strategist, I’m committed to providing high-quality resources, courses, and tools to support your user research journey. If my offerings don’t meet your expectations, I’m here to help. Please take a moment to review my refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all individual course purchases, subscriptions, and membership plans. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To start the refund process, just email me at nikki@userresearchacademy.com with your order details and a brief explanation of why you’d like a refund. I’ll process your request within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 7–14 days] and issue the refund to your original payment method.

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds aren’t available for bundled purchases, including but not limited to:

  • The Everything Bundle

  • The Job Bundle

  • The Junior UXR Bundle

These bundles are offered at a significant discount and include exclusive access to multiple resources. Because of the comprehensive nature of these offerings, all bundle sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Additional Notes

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day period aren’t eligible for a refund.

  • If you run into technical issues or have trouble accessing my content, please email me at nikki@userresearchacademy.com, and I’ll do my best to help you resolve the issue.

  • I reserve the right to deny refund requests if there’s evidence of misuse or abuse of this policy.
